Questions partners ask
Who can become a partner?
Anyone gym owners already trust.
Personal trainers, gym managers, equipment suppliers and fitness consultants. You must be eighteen or over, and a partner account cannot own a gym, so use a different Google account for your own.
How much do I earn?
15% of a monthly plan, 25% of a yearly one.
Worked out on the gym’s first purchase. On Pro that is ₹224.85 on a monthly plan or ₹3,747.50 on a yearly one.
Is GST added or taken off?
Neither.
RepDesk is not registered for GST, so the price a gym pays is the whole price and your commission is a share of all of it. If you are registered for GST yourself, you invoice us for your commission.
When does a sale count?
When the gym buys its first plan.
Not when it signs up. A gym that signs up and never buys earns nothing.
Is the commission recurring?
No. You earn once per gym.
On its first purchase. Renewals, upgrades and later purchases do not add commission.
How is a gym linked to me?
Through your invitation, for good.
When the owner sets up with your link or code, the gym is yours. One gym has one partner and is never moved to another.
What if the owner signs up without my link?
Then it belongs to no partner.
Even if you spoke to the owner first. Send your link before they sign up.
When am I paid?
Between the 1st and 7th of the next month.
Everything you earn in a month is paid to your UPI ID then, India time. There is no minimum to reach first.
What if a gym stops using RepDesk?
Your commission stays yours.
It was earned on the purchase and is not taken back. Only a purchase that should never have been recorded, such as a duplicate payment, is reversed, and we tell you why.
Is there a fee or a target?
No, and no.
Joining is free and there is no minimum number of gyms.
What do I agree to?
The Partner Programme Agreement.
You accept it before your account is created, and we record which version and when. The terms on this page are its short version; the agreement is what binds.
